Self reflection of old hobbies

Busy and chill shopping day outside. I’ve had another busy day again but this time it was not without joy. Had a wonderful lunch / dinner date with my wife outside. I also got myself a really nice keyboard to be able to write on the go on my iPad. It is a little clunky and loud but I think it will do just fine for writing code and journaling. It was even comfortable enough that I’m writing this entire page on it. Good times.

Energy management

Nowadays the biggest issue I have is definitely not having enough energy for anything. It is indeed getting better but at the same time, it’s always the same struggle. I go through a rough work week, then I go through an uneventful weekend where I have done nothing at all. Before I notice it, I’m thrown into yet another work week. It is a very vicious cycle and I barely have any control over it.

Future hobbies

I have finally got a very nice and portable guitar sound processor. I also got a nice keyboard to make the iPad a portable working station and it combines so well with the iA Writer. I can literally write my future book here. I was actually thinking about bringing one of my very old book ideas. As a writer I respected so much in the past said, if you can finish 10 pages of your book, you can finish the rest of your book. That really hit me hard. I wonder what that writer has been doing recently. Haven’t seen him publish any recent books. I once saw him stream video games, and publish some stuff in a gaming magazine. That was one interesting man.
